Currently, we have 4 different price packages depending on your creative needs.
Any additional lighting, sound gear, cables, smoke machines, etc. can be rented from the Activist Kitchen for an additional cost.

1. Small Class & Meeting Rental
$50 per hour
8 hours + gets a free bonus hour
2. Small Event Rental (20 people and under)
$100 per hour
8 hours + gets a free bonus hour
3. Event Rental (50 people and under)
$150 per hour.
8 hours + gets a free bonus hour!
4. Big Event Rental (50 people or more)
$300 per hour.
8 hours + gets a free bonus hour!
5. Green Screen Production for Individuals & Small Groups (20 people and under)
$100 per hour.
8 hours + gets a free bonus hour!
Day Rate: $900 ( 9hrs +)
Weekly Rate: $5,400 (6 day rental + gets a free bonus day)
Monthly Rate: $16,200 (3 weeks rental + gets 4th week free)
6. Large Production Rental (over 20 people)
Day Rate: Custom to Production
Our venue is very flexible and is available for pop-ups or complete production design of space.
7. Birthday Party Package
Birthday party paint and karaoke package for up to 20 people. Includes small canvas and use of paint supplies for 20 people, use of sound system, microphone and stage, karaoke set up and green screen Photo Booth with custom background.
$150 per hour
3 hour package $425
4 hour package $550
8. Event Curation in-House or Other Venues
Private large event design and curation for weddings, large events, celebration of life…
Custom rates starting at $2500.00 for one to two day events
